decent stay overall
prime spot short walk lovely view lack of cleaner daylight issue small room
i appreciated the very prime spot. it was a short walk to the bus station and rail station. the views from my 10th floor room were lovely. it was very convenient.
i stayed 3 nights, and did not have a cleaner. they did not empty bins or refresh supplies over our stay. the curtains did not close fully, so daylight came in. the room was quite small for two people.

amazing staff great discount clean hotel unclean room inadequate curtains small room
the staff was amazing and available 24/7! i got a great discount on the car park next door, so convenient. the hotel was very clean, which i really appreciated.
I stayed for three nights and no one cleaned the room. i didn't have fresh supplies! the curtains didn't close fully. Daylight came in. the room was a bit small for two people.

The location is very convenient for public transport access. The room was large and clean. The hotel offered a good price for the location. I appreciated the lovely views from my room on the tenth floor.
The walls seemed a little thin (but that's okay!).

The room included a television, a hair dryer, and an iron. Coffee, tea, and chocolate were available in the room (it was such a nice touch!). The room offered good sound insulation.

The reception staff was very pleasant and helpful on arrival. The staff were helpful and allowed us to leave our bags there until our bus. The staff were always available and helpful.

My room was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly. The hotel's location is near the city center. I found it a very convenient spot.
The room had some dust. The heat did not initially work. I asked the desk to turn it on.

The staff was very nice and helpful. My room had a comfortable bed. I had requested a room on a higher floor and received an upgrade to the 11th floor. This was generous.
The breakfast was not fresh. I found the plumbing needed attention. The tap either turned off, or it sprayed water across the room.

i found a good price. the room was clean. the comfortable large double room included a bath. the train station was on the doorstep, such a convenience. the staff were friendly, and check-in was easy.
