i appreciated the very prime spot. it was a short walk to the bus station and rail station. the views from my 10th floor room were lovely. it was very convenient.
i stayed 3 nights, and did not have a cleaner. they did not empty bins or refresh supplies over our stay. the curtains did not close fully, so daylight came in. the room was quite small for two people.

I stayed for three nights and no one cleaned the room. i didn't have fresh supplies! the curtains didn't close fully. Daylight came in. the room was a bit small for two people.

The location is very convenient for public transport access. The room was large and clean. The hotel offered a good price for the location. I appreciated the lovely views from my room on the tenth floor.

The staff was very nice and helpful. My room had a comfortable bed. I had requested a room on a higher floor and received an upgrade to the 11th floor. This was generous.
The breakfast was not fresh. I found the plumbing needed attention. The tap either turned off, or it sprayed water across the room.
